Learn how to work with and convert dates on the System i and solve common date-related issues. This is a FREE, Internet-based, live, instructor-led class. In this session you will:
- See how dates might be stored on the System i and the issues users face when trying to work with date values.
- Learn how to use Sequel’s CVTDATE function to create, present, and manipulate dates and system values in your views.
- Solve some real-world problems encountered by many users on the System i, such as zero and invalid dates, aging and date difference, and record selection with date prompts.
Who should attend?
This class is designed for current users who are familiar with ViewPoint, but need some extra assistance with System i date issues and how to solve them.

The class lasts 1 hour.
