Support Philosophy

Methodology
Help/Systems surveys customers who call product support every week. Customers are selected randomly and interviewed to determine whether product support met their expectations. At least two calls for each of our technical consultants are contacted. A customer is never contacted more than once once during a 3-month period. The graphs show the average ratings reflected in these surveys each month.
